Why does my post say Too long on X?

X allows 280 characters. Shorten it, or let it split into a thread, Part 1, Part 2.

Did my post really go out?

Not yet. Real posts come after real account login, with your approval.

How do I connect my website?

Sign in, go to Connect, pick your workspace, and create a real API key in Step 2 — that key is for server-side calls only, never paste it into page code. To register your website, copy the Step 3 plugin code into your website before </body>; the plugin itself needs no key.

For a video post, where does the link come from?

The video must already live somewhere online, like YouTube or TikTok — paste its link. PostCockpit does not store videos. The picture maker is different: it makes the picture right in the page and attaches it to your post by itself, no link needed.
